Gadsden Regional is a joke!! They have 2 different styles of thermometers that they are using to check temps. The one on the wall read mine to be 99.7. Got told to sit down and would recheck in a few. Rechecked again with same thermometer, showed same thing. I DEMANDED to be checked by the hand held one. It read 96.7. I sat there for 10-15 minutes that I could have been seeing my brother. I pointed out the discrepancy between the 2 thermometers, head of security got smart...so I got smart back. Horrible place My husband was a patient here for a severe infection in his knee. He was mistreated, ignored and given the run around. I dropped him off on a Monday night in the ER and I didn’t get a call from a doctor until Wednesday night after calling and threatening. They have no idea what they’re doing. Their communication is terrible and the way they treat their patients is shameful. My husbands call button was wrapped behind his bed and he couldn’t reach it. this place is a filthy shithole. the staff is hit and miss horrible. I'll be driving further if needed before I ever go here again. and a side note 300lb doctors shouldn't lecture on patients diet.

We were sent from another county to have surgery at 8:00. (Hay forks fell in both hands) We sit for three hours waiting in the ER mind you the doctors had already called and set up everything they had no record. We were told someone is coming to get us. 47 minutes later we were still sitting. The receptionist looked at us the whole time. “ they still haven’t come got y’all yet. Do NOT go here. Dr Ojulari is a JOKE. Told me I have a hairline fracture and contusion to the bone but can go back to work immediately. Can’t even move my arm. Absolute JOKE.
RecommendedWonderful and compassionate staff. Would highly recommend choosing our local hospital for any care/ procedure that they are able to provide. They take their patients seriously and provide excellent care.

I would say that I am rather particular about choosing someone to care for me and Dr. Reiter makes your healthcare visit a personal experience and not just another hurried doctor’s appointment. He is kind, compassionate, and patient and takes the time to address my concerns, no matter how big or small they may seem.
