The service department is HORRIBLE. I have been waiting on a call back from the service manager for 2 days now. Had some repair work done to my truck there, They fixed the wrong thing and had to get it towed home within a hour of picking it up and spending a small fortune to get it fixed. Nothing but LIES from this place. Not even worth 1 star.

Don't buy from Byfords. If you have service work done, they do NOT stand behind their work. They make excuses.
We didn't buy our Dodge van from Byfords but you wouldn't know it by the way they treated us. They Have fixed several small things on our van that were covered under warranty and each time we had to leave it overnight they gave us a loaner. The people in the service department and body shop couldn't be nicer. Next time we buy a vehicle this will be the first place we shop. The new owners have made all The difference and we appreciate them.
