Well, where do I begin...had jeep liberty for over 2 years..service was okay, got a little better, now it's horrible. .I have been put off recently over a problem that has been going on ever since I bought this vehicle . They keep telling me that they are waiting on district manager to respond but I know better...I have been in touch with Chrysler myself but my hands are tied because of inaction by Byford...I will never buy another vehicle from them ever again.
Have had my Durango serviced her since buying it and always get first rate service, BJ is the best!
Love the atmosphere! Wonderful people who are always there when you need them! I recommend Byford to everyone!
