Good on the surface – This place is decently charming but very hot. No central air kinda made moving in very stressful. The hardwood floors are real nice. The neighbors are all real nice. The free internet was a joke. I had to go buy an amplifier to connect and it still didn't let me play online games without huge lag attacks. There is some kind of homeless outreach business on the bottom floor so that also made moving in stressful buy all the people trying to bum money. There are no outlets in the kitchen or bathroom.
