These are crooks are lier people. They say something else and bill you for high, they try to bill more by saying wrong things and then disobey their own statements. Be sure to take in writing for everything they say with signatures else they change their own statements. Plus be sure to take second opinion if you chose to go to them. They are crooks and play with your teeth just to bill more.
Went there for several years and recently left the practice. Communicated this through email and phone to the office. We receive calls daily for the past year (I have the call logs, voicemails, & emails saved as proof) about scheduling an appointment and how the dentist is concerned. We've repeatedly told them to stop calling us, that we no longer go to the practice. They are harassing us at this point.They did the same thing to my other family members when they left. Terrible dentist...he refuses to listen to the patient and if you try to tell him what you think is going on, he reacts as if you are challenging his professional knowledge. He actually refused to fix/adjust my night guard and walked out of the exam room. All because I told him I know what is going on with my guard and I can't wear it if he doesn't adjust it.
