The entire staff was friendly. My dog, Jersey, is very shy and they were respectful of that. Dr Egland literally sat on the floor with her and gave her yummy treats as she examined her. it was a very good experience for Jersey and for me. I cannot recommend them enough!

So very supportive, warm, and friendly! Dr Kara and her technicians and the staff at the front desk made Jiggs feel right at home which brought joy to my heart as our previous vet wouldn't take the time to do this. They were not only understanding about his emergency and got us right in but they were so supportive, patient, and loving with him through his anxiety. Thank you all so very much!!!!

First time visit with my new puppy and was extremely pleased with the way Cali Girl and I were treated.
I have taken my dogs to MVH for years. I especially appreciate Dr. Higer and his patience and concern that I understand every diagnosis or plan of action. The whole staff is very good at listening and doing what they can to help make the visit a good experience.
Dr Higer is amazing. We have had more time with our little loved one because of Dr Higer's expertise. We are thankful to him and to the friendly staff.
