They did not do their job. Was sold property with no restrictions, even told in the closing meeting no restrictions by their employee. The title commitment has the wrong info regarding restrictions ( does not apply to my property) and yet I am stuck with property I now can not build on. They have chosen to not accept responsibility or even apologize for their mistake. The insurance you have to buy through them also does not protect you due to their mistakes. Always friendly faces and helpful staff, my GO-TO title company! Ashley Rose Anderson, Nannette Winters, Jonna Steinert, Erin Verrone, Jeremy Burcham and Emily Burcham make every transaction smooth, and are thorough communicators and problem solvers. Meridian also does tons for their local community which is very important to me. Plus Peggy Mhoon, Dee Wilson and Louie Layton always have smiles on their faces and make for a fun environment!
They were great at communicating and helpful with additional things I needed. This will be my go to place given the choice!
