Even if you are one who grumbles about The Star... just thank the people who financially support them. Just like life, there are far more advantages and good things about having The Meridian Star. This rag FIRED a news reporter after he was arrested for DUI. He has not been convicted of a thing yet! As a former News Director for AP, I am sickened by the terrible ethics that this sorry news organization has exhibited. You should hang your head in shame!
I love the Meridian Star and read it daily. However, today my favorite reporter was suspended from his job there. PLEASE allow him to work! Don’t allow a ticket that WILL be thrown out to hurt his life and livelihood.
