The worth company to work if you have very old parents. They are not human being at all. Disrespected and rude.
I never thought I would love coming to work so much. What makes it so wonderful? Well the people I provide services for, my co-workers and the office allows dogs!! I also have recently started working with in a group home within the company. The people I work with are helpful and they care so much about the people they’re providing services for. Even after 8 hours of case management, I love every moment I get in the group home.
After 5 years of working with Meridian services, I’m not at all worn or torn, I love providing services for the ladies I serve they are my inspiration, they’re all different in their own way, I couldn’t imagine not working with them. The new management (Director/Administrator) are awesome thus far and hope they remain with us long term, they’re understanding, they listen to concern, and communicate well with staff this far. I've worked for other companies, but this has by far been the best one. I love my co-workers, my supervisor and most of all the individuals I work with. Every day is a different adventure.
Meridian is the best place to work for! Snack day every Wednesday is awesome, and great people!
