I have worked for Meridian Services for over 10 years and it has been a pleasure learning and growing with this company. I enjoy working with a diverse group of employees and individuals. Meridian coaches and trains it's employees to reach the highest standards of person centered practices and providing direct support. I look forward to many years to come working with my great co-workers and individuals.
Clients are amazing but the staff are extremely rude to new employees An aren’t very welcoming. Also the training is very sloppy, just kinda threw me into the house not having anyone to shadow or learn basically just learned stuff on my own as I went. Management doesn’t seem to care either.
