I cannot remember if I ever used Facebook to review a business (personally and not as a corporate officer) but I've worked with the best and I've worked with the worst and Meridian is THE best. After almost 25 years and three locations Meridian is the only choice for me. Specifically, good communication, knowledgeable advice, sound procedure, and timely follow-up are priorities. Even had a phone message from a business that you dread to get? Well, I have; and if Meridian is calling me I know it is already under control.

I have had great experiences with this property management company. They are always so friendly whenever I call and prompt with addressing any concerns. I would recommend them to everyone. Ive rented from them twice, and have a good move in/move out experience both times.

David is super friendly and pays attention to every detail. I feel like I get royal treatment whenever we interact. I trust him as my property manager.

Maridian property management company is not looking to make there clients happy. There customer service is horrible, they don't ever return your calls. When they actually come out to fix something they dont hire a professional to do the work. They half ass everything, and then want to charge your for the service after. They owner is charging me for damages I've never done to the property. Kitchen window was already broken before I moved in,I never broke blinds in kitchen. Maridian property management company is not looking to make there clients happy. There customer service is horrible, they dont make necessary repairs and when they do actually come out to fix something they dont hire a professional to do the work. They half ass everything. They dont reimburse you for the damage that there horrible plumbing does to your furniture. Let alone do they care. Every other client I have talked to agrees that this company horrible, avoid doing business with them if possible.

Meridian Property Management Performs! – Very impressed with the personal treatment I received in handling my property. Not being very experienced, it was a pleasure to have things explained to me in terms I could understand. Since taking over my property Meridian has placed excellent tenants in my home, maintain all maintenance requests, the property never looked better.
