Worst property management company I’ve ever dealt with. They have no problem letting the pool turn green on a regular basis, or having dilapidated patio furniture that’s well over 10 years old in the pool area. Half of the lights don’t work and it took them over a year to fix a collapsed fence on my front porch from a wind storm. Absolute joke of a company. Stay far away from these people.
I have previously left a review regarding this but this is a MOVE OUT UPDATE. During our initial movement inspection, the property was shown to us on a gloomy, rainy day, with no electricity. When we had the move out inspection suddenly, the main property manager Scott wanted to be involved, including his new realtor who assists in the management of the apartment and he claimed to not be able to return my deposit until he verified the lights worked due to the fact that the light had already been shut off, which is absurd? Creekside Apartments on Carnelian/Calle Del Prado, before Baseline (behind Smart & Final), GHETTO! Aside from Carnelian being a main, very busy/scary street(racing/accidents/deaths), the residential street is dangerous at times! Random people in and out, speeding like it's a 60mph zone. The trash cans are all disgusting, carports are not kept clean, the pool was dirty in the summer, our laundry room is disgusting (smells and always clogged with hair). Management , HOA .
