It's a terrible agency, I don't recommend it. They don't fix anything, but they sure do charge you and raise the rent. Their staff is awful, and the maintenance is just as bad.
Regarding HOA Management - Not the best customer customer service. Website is terrible!
Worst property management company I’ve ever dealt with. They have no problem letting the pool turn green on a regular basis, or having dilapidated patio furniture that’s well over 10 years old in the pool area. Half of the lights don’t work and it took them over a year to fix a collapsed fence on my front porch from a wind storm. Absolute joke of a company. Stay far away from these people.
