This place is a joke. The property management sucks. They have the money to purchase another Property- yep they now manage the Woods of Burnsville but they can't shell out the money to fix the water heater. We've been here almost 3 years and the first 9 months were ok but since then I cannot tell you how many times the water is turned off or the hot water is broken. All i have to say is people that come to my apartment now say its wayyyyy better ... Im glad i moved out that dump and ps it smells GROSS!!!!!
