The quality of life here is deplorable! There is a water flow alarm that malfunctions frequently with a shrieking alarm in everyone’s apartment! Do not move here. Just got awaken again at 4am! By this alarm
My roommates and I absolutely love it here! This is our first experience renting an apartment and we are so glad we had Crystal to help us get started. She's the best! There are so many things we love about the apartment that they usually drown out the negatives (crowded parking lots, noisy neighbors and dogs, cigarette smoke). Everyone compliments the apartment whenever they visit and we feel so content living here. Definitely recommend!
Just moved here and I was helped by Crystal Bond. She really sold me and made sure every need that I had was met. I've been here for a month already and I haven't had any problems. The staff so far goes above and beyond to help me. These next few years here will be great.
I am moving in in two weeks, but so far management has been very nice and understanding. They’ve been prompt to respond to emails/questions/calls. I am hoping my opinion will not change once settled in.
MGMT is very friendly and goes the extra mile for their residents. My upstairs neighbor is loud with their dog. As far as other residents being disrespectful, you get that everywhere you go. People just don't get it. If you see it, report it. Don't cry about.
So far so good liking it :) management is very kind
