A family member was incapacitated for a while, but not going into too much detail, the person was expecting medication to be delivered to the home. It wasn't delivered on time. I made a call the next day to inquire about the medicine, the comment to me was, "We don't have it on site. It had to be ordered, we should be delivering it today."
