RecommendedEasy move in instructions and the unit was well managed and cleaned prior to move in. Friendly staff and in the event of locking myself out of my apartment on a Sunday. Services to get a new key was quick and friendly

Seriously a hot mess there is no need to comment back to me because I want to post a lot more but didn’t. Run don’t waste money as a resident and don’t waste your time as an employee.
Every interaction I’ve had with their office has been a positive one. They’re always helpful, answer any and all questions, and make me feel like I’m not wasting their time. My apartment is perfect for me and I never thought I’d like living with shared walls; my neighbors are quiet and respectful, there is ample parking, the sidewalks are clean and there are plenty of areas to walk my dogs. I had auto-pay set up for my monthly rent, but I cancelled it because my family was affected by the coronavirus. I was planning on paying a week or two late so we could buy groceries and supplies to last us while we stay quarantined for a while. Even though I cancelled my auto-pay, they still deducted the amount from my account, leaving my account negative. Value for location. Nice and quiet in my building.
They never upgraded the townhome before we moved in. We are paying 1200$ just over for a place that has chipped counter tops, water damage to the cabinets. If you’re paying that much a month they should at least be updated when needed.
