I have lived here for about a year and I like it. Good price and some utilities included, they keep the complex area clean. I wish there was more space or storage room, and that the kitchen was a bit roomier, but they fix things when broken and whatnot. Can't complain.

I've lived in Meridian Lakes since February. A few months after moving in, my apartment become infested with ants. I've always kept it clean and never left things out, there should be no reason for an ant problem. It's now December & my apartment still has ants galore. They have had some one come and spray multiple times now but they have been unsuccessful. They have given me bait traps which worked a little but still didn't get rid of them.
