My experience has involved significant issues beyond a disagreement with a provider. At my initial psychiatric appointment in MAY 2024, I was asked to provide personal identifying information on a Post-it note instead of standard intake paperwork. I was painfully disappointed in my appointment experience with Andrea Harris. Immediately from initially meeting her, she made little to no eye contact with me. The visit was very cold. I was uncomfortable, and felt like I was rambling to the door most of my visit. She felt very judgmental and rude. Like I was off putting to her from the beginning. I've gone to Dr. Ramilo for years. Shes always been so helpful and caring. She is like my friend a angel in disguise. She's always understood me and helped me with a lot of struggles throughout my life. Who knows where I'd be without her. She's amazing! She gets me. Very special lady. Thank you for all you've done.
