I was honestly nervous about bringing my son to his appointment this morning due to all the negative reviews. My experience here, however, was absolutely amazing! My son's doctor (Amanda Carlock) was very attentive and compassionate and she answer all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. She explained everything very thoroughly to me regarding my son's ADHD and treatment for it. Doesn't deserve any stars at this point Been okay, but I've been trying to get a referral scent. Everybody's dragging their feet and not doing it. So I call again to be treated like crap on the phone by the person in the front, and then they hang up on me.
I haven't had any problems really in the past, most of the staff has been incredible! Especially Janice at the front. But when I came in today for therapy services, on the therapy side, there was no one there. We were directed to go in the other office to check in which was fine. But at the window, and INCREDIBLY RUDE woman with a purple shirt, short hair, and red glasses, was I guess irritated that she had to stop what she was doing to check us in. If I could give no stars, then I would. I went here, was horribly misdiagnosted, and then no one would listen to me about the side effects of the meds I was on. RUN!!! RUN!!! RUN!!! Do not walk but run away from this place. Especially from Andrea!!
This place should be shut down. Andrea Harris NP took me off my medication cold turkey I had been on for over 10 years. She then tried to replace it with 4 other medications that have horrible side effects and that I just didn't need to be on. She thinks she knows it all and had me "figured out" after questioning me for less than 10 minutes. She needs to lose her license.
