Like others state... how can you run a mental health service yet have absolutely no way to contact anyone ever for anything 🤔 Side effect of MHS- PTSD and anxiety. Don't be a new patient who's put on medication that has a concern cause you'll be ignored for a week then told to take it anyway versus the cheap generic that has worked for decades.
I was honestly nervous about bringing my son to his appointment this morning due to all the negative reviews. My experience here, however, was absolutely amazing! My son's doctor (Amanda Carlock) was very attentive and compassionate and she answer all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. She explained everything very thoroughly to me regarding my son's ADHD and treatment for it. Doesn't deserve any stars at this point Been okay, but I've been trying to get a referral scent. Everybody's dragging their feet and not doing it. So I call again to be treated like crap on the phone by the person in the front, and then they hang up on me.
I haven't had any problems really in the past, most of the staff has been incredible! Especially Janice at the front. But when I came in today for therapy services, on the therapy side, there was no one there. We were directed to go in the other office to check in which was fine. But at the window, and INCREDIBLY RUDE woman with a purple shirt, short hair, and red glasses, was I guess irritated that she had to stop what she was doing to check us in.
