I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Lucy. She is more than just a doctor. She’s gone above and beyond my expectations and genuinely shows love for all of my kids. She takes her time and listens to any concern I have and is extremely thorough in her evaluations. The past few weeks we’ve been dealing with some odd symptoms with my child, and she’s not only got me in for same day appointments, but she’s also given me personal phone calls with results and our plans! The urgent care doctors do sloppy work. They make mistakes then take ridiculous amounts of time to fix them. My 1 year old is going with out medication while sick because the doctor she saw couldn't be bothered to check her chart before sending in medicine. It would have been faster to go be seen twice than to call them to fix it.
We see Dr Smith for my 5 year old, and she has been very kind and helpful! All but one staff has gone above and beyond being very kid-friendly. You hardly have to wait, very clean... I have no idea why this doctor's office doesn't have a higher rating on here!
We have been with this practice for about 4–5 years with two kids. While some doctors are better than others and physically it was in a not so good shape, we stayed with them—a decision we now regret. Doctors frequently leave, and the practice randomly reassigns your child to another doctor without notifying you, leaving you unaware of the change or the background of the new doctor they’ve been assigned to.
