who knew that a root canal could be a pleasant experience? Dr Zieliniski was everything I appreciate in a Dr - he explained everything that was going on with the tooth in question and helped me understand the process. it was quick, quite pain-free and efficient. Michaelye was very kind and helpful and even knew which music would help me as I was a bit too overwhelmed to make any decisions about it. The reception desk staff was also wonderful. a beautiful, calm office is always a bonus! thanks a million!
Dr Zelenski and team were professional and friendly. They were very thorough in finding the cause of my pain and solving it with a root canal. Other than the numbing and some tenderness post op, there was no pain at all from the fix. Perfect experience!
I went and am still going to Meridian Endodontics, Periodontics & Implant Dentistry in Brookfield. I am truly one of those people who are Very Nervous with going to the Dentist. From the Receiptionist to the staff are very caring, and nice. They take the time to explain everything and will answer any question you have. Angela B has been a great help being myTreatment Coordinator. The atmosphere is terrific from the music they choose to the fish you can watch. Great customer service, Got to watch a movie while they took they time & still did Beyond Proficient with the timing
Be careful with them. I was in the wrong place and they didn't tell me they couldn't help with my issue until they charged me $300 for a useless and unnecessary scan that I didn't need and did not even begin to address the issue I came in for. I was very disappointed and felt like they scammed me. I should have asked more questions but that's what I get for trusting them. Don't make the same mistake.
