I've been here for 2.5 years now and have no complaints. The property landscaping has been upgraded. The units have been upgraded to add tile in the kitchen. The office staff are always available and get on top of any issues presented. They have weekly pest control. They do an excellent job completing preventive maintenance. Small complaint is that we need an eclectic socket at the breakfast bar to make better use of the space and for added prep area. Nice atmosphere, in the heart of Chattanooga, 2 min away from Hamilton Place Mall, with recent trimming and cutting down some trees have done full justice to this place, Maintenance has improved quite a bit, overall really pleasing experience so far
Fantastic, beautiful apartments with professional management and knowledgeable maintenance staff. Quiet and affordable and right down the street from work (the mall). The older reviews I have read on here are completely untrue and I hope I can try to set the record straight. I have enjoyed every minute of my stay at Meridian and unless I find a house that I just cannot pass on I will continue to call Meridian home for many years to come! My mom lives here & I have to say, I'm not impressed at all. Although the apts and townhomes are decent, they're not worth the price. The pools are small and there don't seem to be any rules. So don't be surprised when there are cigarette butts EVERYWHERE and people flick the ashes where they please. The maintenance guys are great but the office crew not so much. We have cockroaches the size of ping pong balls and centipedes. This issue has never been resolved in over a year. The dryer fills with smelly water and all our clothes smell bad. They said they can't fix it. Power goes out when we use the microwave. We told them but have never fixed it. Also now allowing aggressive dogs here too.
My experience here was horrible. They constantly have people working at early hours of the morning and they are not quiet at all. I called the landlord to let her know because it was so loud it was impossible to sleep and I worked 2nd shift. She did not care nor apologize. Then another time the workers were fixing lines for epb and they cut the power to my apt multiple times in a week. And the last incident before I cut my lease short was that they were working around back with a bobcat and cut my Directv wires so I was out ... read more
