I go in on Monday mornings for my weekly methadone. I just love Amy ,Tamber and all the ladies who work here in the local otp office. Im so glad I switch years back to here instead of Gainesville. I'd give 10 stars if I could
Today I had an appointment at 8:20 a.m. with Miss Jennifer tuck. Little did I know it would be almost twenty minutes before I would actually get to see her. I don't know about this office but I know some doctors have a protocol that if we're late that we get charged a fee because we're late or because we don't show. Our time is just as valuable as the doctors and we should CHARGE YOU when you are more than 15 minutes late. I chose the morning appointment so I would not be late for work. The lady at the first desk should be fired meridian doesn't care about no one only about themselves
This office is a life-saver! I also transferred from Gainesville as well, once I was setup there it was smooth sailing! All staff members I interacted with we're very professional and helpful and instrumental to my road to recovery & mental stability! If you need a MAT program then I highly recommend Meridian!
