Can’t ever get a hold of any one bye phone having trouble on portal to pay rent
So glad to finally have an updated unit and not be stressed about the renovation. However, I would like to see noise complaints be taken more seriously instead of seemingly ignored. Everyone in the complex signs the same lease paperwork, and we all need to be courteous to those that choose to live around us. Actually answering the phone or responding to residents emails would be a great practice to start working on.
Great office staff now! They care about the tenants! Tyrice and the others are so friendly and inviting! I’ve been staying here for a while and this staff is by far the best yet!
