Ya contamos con 7 años viviendo aquí y la verdad. Es si había problemas con la parte administrativa pero, los apartamentos como tal son una casa la diferencia es el patio pero, son una casa. Yo estoy feliz en mi super casa. Por los detalles si tuviera casa propia pagaría impuestos y me tocaría arreglar todo. Absolutely not recommend, I have not checked inside the apartments, but the management and front desk Staff are Very Rude impolite. if the apartment anywhere has no good management you are going to have a lot of problems till the end of your contract. Here is that place!
After six years of living at this property, I moved and did my final move out walk-through on March 31 of 2025 today is May 21 of 2025 and after several phone calls and conversations to the manager and the regional manager, and above those people, I still have not received the return of my deposit and the credit that I had on my account while I was living there. If you value your money, I wouldn’t choose this property.
My goodness! Does this property ever answer their phone?! I've called this property 4 days straight and it seems like they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! THAT SHOWS A LOT.
