Went here for the first time on the 6th after a charity walk and was not sure what to expect. Wait staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, got our huge party of 20+ seated pretty fast. And the food, wow, the food was great. Everyone in our group who got a Poor Boy or Yodel Burger (my choice!) couldn't stop talking about how great the taste was.
Been there about several hundred times and only once didn't get the poorboy. Garlicky as ever, which is great. Will be back in a few weeks just like usual. For those reviewers that say the poorboy are dry, people you have to order it with garlic.
Always delicious! Been eating here for 30 years and have never been disappointed.
We have made it a tradition for the last 25 or 30 years, to go out on new years eve. To Do a little afternoon socializing and calling Merichkas, ordering for pickup. This year was no different. I wanted you to know how good everything was. We ordered 3 poorboy plates w swisscheese, dbl baked potatoes, salad, lrg onion rings, and fried mushrooms. Everything was delicious fresh and tasty. We love coming to Merichkas. Keep up the good work! Thank you and HAPPY NEW YEAR! �
