Like many others I have been coming here since I was a child. That is why I chose here to celebrate my 55th birthday. I had 11 people in my party and they all had nothing but good things to say. Food was delicious as always and our waitress was awesome at keeping everyone happy!! Thank you Merichka's !!!!

Poor boy was tough on the ends. And double baked was so dry it had to have been reheated or left over from day before. Not as good as previous meals.
The way i was treated while trying to order takeout food from there last week is disgraceful. I couldn't order my daughter popcorn shrimp bc you dont have enought of it to serve dine in AND take out orders. That has got to be hands down the most ridiculous reason ever to refuse a guest. The manager basically laughed at the fact that i was upset. I will never ever go back to your business again. Your managment team should be ashamed.
Had reservations on Fathers Day and got seated right away. Me and my family have been going to Merichka's since I was a baby and even though it has changed, it is still delicious!! I always order the same thing, and it never changes! Great food, great service, comfortable atmosphere and love that you sell your dressings and garlic butterine!
This establishment continues to rock after all the years. LIFELONG RESIDENT. BORN AND RAISED EAST SIDE Joliet. Never had bad service. I've been here since 4/6/65.
Best poorboy around and love the huge onion rings ! Great service and a friendly waitress.
I had the Baked Cod and it was really good. Others at my table had burgers, heavy on the bread, and shrimp which was good, as well. I would give it a four star rating overall. Service was good, as well.
Amazing food. Amazing staff. Perfection in a poor boy as usual... Took our 1 year old and she did great she recommends the grilled cheese and breadsticks! Everything was amazing. The day they start serving sweet potato fries I'll never eat anywhere else again!
