Awesome massage, friendly staff and the atmosphere was very soothing. I can’t wait to go back and try the float for the first time.
Thank you for providing this incredibly well-appointed space of health and wellness, where rich integrative services and thoughtful products are offered (yoga, floatation therapy, massage therapy, energy works and therapy, conscious skin care products, good reads, etc.). The knowledgeable owner/ instructors/ therapists/ staff members are friendly, receptive, compassionate, and informative. Meredith Whole Living Center is certainly an ideal place to nurture oneself and share with others.

It was my first time being in the salt float tank. What an amazing experience! I've never felt so relaxed in my life! I highly recommend this for anyone!
