This place is a little slice of heaven here in the Lakes region. Floated for the first time today. Words can't describe how relaxing it was. I have a hard time meditating but this put me in such a zen state. Amazing.
Meredith Whole Living Center is a lovely wellness spa. There are separate spacious restrooms to do your hair and make-up after floating or any of their offerings.....there is a shower in each; I'm assuming for anyone after receiving a massage or going in the sauna as there are showers in each of the float rooms. Having showers available is very nice as I have left many massages a greasy mess and would love to have that option. Kelly is very friendly and helpful. My wife gave me a massage here for my birthday. I have issues sometimes with stress and muscle pain in my shoulders and neck. I have had massages at several other places including resort spas in several countries. This one actually relieved the pressure in my neck and shoulders and even got rid of a cramp I get daily in my lower right side.... I'm kind of amazed. I will definitely go here again. Totally worth my time and money.

These are excellent yoga classes because of the particular instructors they hired. Wow, such great classes. I'm new to floating, have done it three times, and find it intensely therapeutic and revitalizing. I practice some meditation techniques in there, leave it all behind etc, but it is what you make it. I haven't tried their many other services, but the people coming and going seem very glad, and the staff is gracious and serious about their work. I'm stoked to have this business in my town.
