I absolutely love this place. I deal with a lot of anxiety and stress, and this has become my go to place for a chance to relax and take care of myself. I was beyond nervous when I came in for my first appointment for a float session, but I was greeted by a friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere that immediately calmed my nerves. I can't recommend this enough. my son has been dealing w a flare up of tourette's syndrome. I called to see if a float session was available & they bent over backwards to block off a time just for him w no other customers as he was very nervous. I started with the infra red sauna and then the float. I’m surprised I could form a sentence at the end because I was the most relaxed I’d ever been. Great staff as well! I’ll be back. Thank you❤️
Wonderful experience .... I had no idea what to expect, so I did some sauna time before the float. It was a mini spa day! My float appointment was at 5pm I went with a friend; we both had different wonderful experiences! I was energized & refreshed like it was 6am when I got out my joint aches had dissappeared, my friend was so relaxed & had her own amazing experience! I can't wait to go back!
Such a great place! Love sitting in he front cheery room in the leather chairs with my feet up drinking tea from the tea shop below. Have been there many times and will continue! If you are looking for a reasonably priced quaint and soothing few hours for yourself this is the place for you. Located right in downtown Meredith where that alone is beautiful
