I went to her on a recomm. from my doctor's g. p. 7+ years ago. I went to Warner for a second option. When I refused to do the MRI she also recommended she became openly hostile. My appointment as as 12:20pm that day. Once I declined the MRI, she left me in a room alone for hours. When I was finally discharged it was after 7pm. No lights were on but the exit signs. I get a call from collections months later. Neither would send me a bill and neither ever did. Credit score dropped 80 points.
Dr Warner is my Dr. I trust her completely. She listens but also is straight forward with what direction to take. I have referred her and with excellent results.
It's been 7 years since my surgery with Dr. Warner and I am still overwhelmed by how thankful I am to have found her. I CONSTANTLY recommend her to anyone and everyone that needs foot or ankle surgery. She was very friendly but direct and to the point, great bedside manner, and excellent surgeon. She helped me to have a normal, high functioning life again. I cannot thank her and her staff enough for everything they did for me. And thank you for serving our country. You are my hero in many ways.
My 90 yr old father went in to have a bone spur removed. Dr. Warner decided to break his big toe in order to straighten it to relieve pressure from the adjacent toe. Why would you EVER intentionally break a bone on a 90 yr old?! Now 4 months later the fracture will not heal, there is infection in the bone and he is scheduled to have the toe amputated! If the bone spur had been removed (from the toe beside the big toe) and the big toe left alone all would be well!!
I drove in from Metairie because of the good things I heard about this doctor. I arrived early for my appointment and was informed she was called away for emergency surgery and they had no idea as to when she would be back. It would have been a courtesy to at least call me and tell me of the situation so I could decide to wait it out or to reschedule for a later date. I understand that emergencies do happen but the drive from Metairie to Baton Rouge is about 1 hour and a half!
I've been asked once again to rate this doctor, and I have no problem with that, but ladies and gentlemen how many words do you really need to describe greatness, compassion, skill, and genuine caring for you, and have them all wrapped into a bonus as one doctor. You are simply not going to beat her diagnostic and evaluation talents, nor her surgical skills; both which are the best. So what remains today is how bad are you in need of Wellness, with this physician you already have your answer.
I got to see saw Dr. Warner for a neck injury on two occasions and another time for a sports injury from soccer. Every time, her staff and Dr. Warner were professional and did their job completely. The outcomes were great and I would highly recommend anyone to see Dr. Warner for any orthopedic related issue.
