Very friendly staff. I am always greeted by name. Dr Warner very knowledgeable about orthopedics and other health and medical areas. She has operated on me twice with very satisfactory results She is a busy person but does not rush you She explains well and genuinely cares about her patients. Two nurses at the front desk were arguing with each other. The price of the Otho device was not consistent with the quote.
Dr. Warner and her staff are superb. I’m always treated as though I’m royalty. Dr. Warner has a warm personality and she strives to find a solution to whatever your issue is…. I also don’t feel like a number in and out…. You want regret your visit for ALL services…..
2021 my son Leonard Lightell was seen by dr warner and treated for a fractured ankle. After a discussion with her he told her that he’d been diagnosed with a bone disease He also had a small sore on his ankle. Leonard also did tell her that IF she was able to save his foot he’d like that but if not he understood dr warner informed him that she’ll try so she put on a non baring cast and would check it every 2 weeks. Dr. Warner was very informative and staff was very friendly. I have suffered with pain in my feet for years and now my pain is minimal after following her treatment plan. There new office is beautiful. I would refer her to anyone suffering with chronic foot pain.

I WALKED in on my own with no assistance. She told me after the surgery that I would be walking in a boot in about 2 weeks. She has now performed 3 surgeries and I have not been able to walk without the assistance of a walker, crutches or a cane since. I am now considered partially disabled and would definitely not recommend her to anyone because I was not disabled when I first went to see he!
Dr. Warner was wonderful before I had my surgery or so I thought. I had surgery 6 weeks ago and I have not been able to see her to know what was done during surgery. I have tried to schedule to see her however now I only am able to see her PA. I am totally frustrated and disgusted. I feel like now that she has made her money off of a very expensive surgery that she doesn’t have time for me. As patient this is very upsetting. I would not recommend her as a doctor.
