Had a scheduled appointment at 12noon Was very irrated with the mri tech Tony.He had the nerve to ask me was my hair a wig very unprofessional.The last time I was Tony attempted my iv 3 times.So on this visit I requested a I V specialist. I waited for about 15 minutes Rn Dan came in and got my iv started.I was there for 3 hrs for a 60 minutes procedure. The ladies at the front desk were very polite also the guy who was doing the escorts to the mri area was very pleasant. I gave the two star because of Tony..
Good customer service and I like the way they had the TVs convenient for the patients!
