Dr Hamilos is a great doctor.
When you wait 2 weeks plus for a ct scan ordered and their excuse is they need to pre authorize even though my insurance does not require and should have been done that day. Lack of empathy or understanding on frustrations when doctor says could be tumor or stroke possibilities and then they make you WAIT over two weeks. My insurance even CALLED them to tell them I didn’t need pre authorization. They didn’t care. There is a reason they had open appointments before all the others.
