The nurses in the ER are so cold and treat you like an inconvenience. I will never be back.
Worst hospital ever! My daughter took a bad fall and had horrendous pain in her back. Took the ER 4 hrs before they gave her anything. Then back to the waiting room. They mired her to a room pretty quick when they got the tests back and it showed she had BROKE HER BACK. 14 hrs at the ER and they never gave her anything to eat. If at all possible do not go to this place. She will have her follow ups with Iowa City.
The nurses are terrible my grandma was in a accident and they left her in a room by herself for over a hour then we called the doctor and they said they would send someone but no one came I had to walk to the desk to get help for my grandma
If i could give no stars I would, this hospital sucks. They are extremely slow the nurses and Dr's have attitudes and would rather chitchat and sit around the location is horrible and the parking sucks even more. Quad cities hospitals need to do better now I see why so many people walk out without being treated or even seen.
This place is SUBPAR. I had a kidney stone and this is the closest ER to my home, MASSIVE MISTAKE. They ran an IV and poked me 4 or 5 times and even left scrape marks on my skin, and when I exclaimed when they finally put the needle in—there was giggling. They found it FUNNY to be HURTING me. They repeatedly tried to give me medication I have allergies too, I pulled up my list of allergies in MyChart but the nurse refused to look at it saying—I don’t know how that works.
