Absolutely the worst care for my mom. Dr discharged her and she cannot take care of herself and Genesis was clearly looking to turn a bed with the discharge. You don’t let a 71 year old who has dimentia leave your facility and forced to leave via the Dr who discharged her because of lazy incompetent staff lack of leadership and overall an institution that is a disservice to our community. i went in there via emergency vegicle to get a rape kit done and they refused once the police left then they had me hypnotised in genesis west
Nurses were rude gave me pain pills made me walk loopy and almost got hit by a car ask to speak to my nurse to change pharmacy to 5 point Walgreens she couldn't do that had to go back to hospital to get reevaluated same hospital who perfumed wrong surgery in 2000 dr Lohmiller
My sister recently gave birth in this hospital and it might genuinely be one of the worst experiences I’ve witnessed in terms of a delivery and postpartum experience. Just blatant disregard and at some points felt like blatant disrespect or lack of care. At every turn she was met with a per our policy or sorry we just can’t help with that or you need to wait till tomorrow for services that come the next day were just met again with well you’ll have to just wait till tomorrow again.
