Dr Gronau is a great Dr. Christine the nurse is horrible. Very uncaring. Acts like it's a chore to talk to you. It appears she would rather be anywhere else than at that office helping people. C'mon, Mercy. Do something about her!
Friendly helpful receptionists. Always willing to help go the extra mile solving an issue whether related to insurance or getting appointment.
Dr. Terry takes the time to answer all of you questions and explains things throughly. Highly recommend him.
