Mercy San Juan ER , This place should be shut down!! By far the worst service I have ever been given! The staff had me feeling like some kind of criminal from start to finish ! This was an OUTRAGE! and then came a man who claimed to be a "doctor" a DR. Duncan to be exact, He came in gave me one look and told me " you don't have cancer, that's just a tumor nothing to worry about, why did you even come here?" Very great staff. Everyone is friendly and the nurses are amazing. I had my twins here and everyone is so nice and supportive. They are very informative and caring. Not only was I taken care of but they made sure my fiancé was taken care of as well.

Have had multiple surgeries here and I am always treated well. From Patient Registration to the Housekeepers everyone is always kind and courteous.

Always have been treated fair at this emergency room. They seem to try there best to get you in and out. Of course there is usually a wait but they always seem to do what the can. Of course the bigger the emergency the quicker you are seen.

I've only experienced the ER and it's ALWAYS CROWDED. You just really need to bring your patients or find an alternative

Great anesthesiologist that works at Mercy San Juan. You can ask for a specific anesthesiologist when you have surgery. You definitely would be well off with Dr. Wolf.
