Mercy San Juan is the only hospital I and my family go to. All the way from the emergency room, floors and surgery. The people who work their are beautiful caring and loving people. Surgery staff especially!! Management listens to you.

Well ended up at the er after an mishap at wrestling practice with my 8 year old son last night. All though er was packed with a lot of people who probably didn't need to be there. My son was seen, treated and we were out with in 3.5 hours the staff was amazing !!! Big thank you to er tech Tony and Dr Duncan you guys are amazing ����

When I was in a serious car accident the ambulance brought me here. I was frightened and in pain, but they staff assigned to me took care of me physically and was also emotionally supportive when I needed it.

Mercy San Juan was so patient with me and my family when my sister gave birth to my nephew there. We were a big group who was very excited and they were kind to us despite all the people coming and going.

Thank God for Mercy San Juan and the doctors, nurses, EMTs and all the staff that worked together quickly to save my husband's life. I can't thank them enough and will recommend this place to anyone. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

They might not not be the friendliest people but I don't always blame them the patients I have seen come in have some of the worst attitudes toward the doc's & RN's! Patients yell, call them names& even beat them so I say they do a great job for the thing they have to put up with ! I know I was an operator for the phone company and working through the abuse is not easy!!!! Good job Mercy Hospital !

NO STARS!!!! I went into the emergency room with chest pain and a hard time breathing... they did an EKG, vitals and blood work..right away, then they told me to go sit in the lobby. 3 hours later I asked when I would be called back. I was told that I was next but if someone else can in that was worst than me, they would take them. That I understand but when I was told that I was next 4 more times and then told that I could be there all night made no sence. This place stinks. It is filthy, the people are rude. Reason for me saying this is I went in for an extremely painful tooth infection and they placed me on antibiotics and I called back because they weren't working for me (a week later, still painful) and she said in a crabby tone, "see a dentist. antibiotics aren't going to take the infection away" so I'm like well then what the hell are they for!? I know I need to see a dentist, but not all of us have money OR medical benefits to get there teeth fixed. not to mention reque... read more
