I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by what I witnessed at Mercy San Juan. The lack of professionalism and compassion from the security staff was unacceptable and dangerous. While in the emergency department, I observed two security guards laughing at a patient clearly in a mental health crisis. My experience was awesome! I always have the terrible luck of getting the run arounds with hospitals/clinics but this was a breeze and it was quick. By quick I mean, I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Staff was friendly and caring. Thank you everyone, great job!

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL I would put 0 star but it won’t let me…. I’ve come here many times with my husband never liked this hospital from 1st time we went here then tonight 7/29/25 I come here for my husband again & had the worst experience… the nurses & doctors are rude to me, my husband & other patients near by. Nurses & doctors have rude attitude, rolling eyes & talking shit about patients with one another….. I will never take my husband here again.
