My father-in-law was there recently for almost 2 months in and out and he didn’t receive great care especially this last time, they were very vague when it came to any questions, they kept giving him false hope about things they said they would do and it never happened, they even said his insurance was inactive and this last time they basically were trying to push him out to door to go home and die instead of really treating him so we had to go somewhere else and the care is a lot better and he is being taken care of the rig... read more

My husband received excellent care here across the spectrum of care: ER, Tower 4 Telemetry, Cardiac Cath, OR for Open Heart Surgery, Cardiac Surgery ICU, back to Tower 4 Telemetry. I have been a nurse for 45 years and am very impressed by staff skill, knowledge, experience and expertise. But what stands out above all is the staff's dedication to putting the patient first, making them feel like their care and needs are important above all and so many nurses saying they wouldn't want to work anywhere else. Worst hospital ever. The bathroom in my room was pure filth and stickiness. tv stopped working, bathroom light went out and was not fixed. My neighbor is a mental patient who screams and yells constantly for 3 days and they wont do anything. Seriously worst hospital i've ever been in. Edit: I had 6 iv's in my arm and one of them starting hurting very bad and burning. I told the nurse to take it out at noon. It was not removed until 11pm by which time my arm swollen to twice its normal size and gave me a blood clot. Had to go... read more
