I really do not like to go to the doctor if I don't have to. But in this case, I'm glad that I went. Dr. Terry was very professional and an excellent listener. He was easy to talk to and put me at ease. He addressed all of my concerns and explained things to me in terms that I understood. He was very thorough and caring. I felt like I could trust him. If my previous experiences were like this one, I may have a different view on doctors. I'm actually looking forward to seeing Dr. Terry again. Very pleased with the visit!
Dr. Terry is great! He has been my Dr. for a few years now. He is an excellent listener and is really easy to talk to. He is attentive to all of my complicated health issues. He is a very kind and patient Dr. I am grateful for his care.
Appreciated his genuine concern to move my health in a better direction. Reviewed my file before we met which shocked me. I was seeing another dr and very unhappy so a friend referred me to Dr Terry. Dr Terry called me on Saturday and Sunday to follow up. What doctor does that? Compassionate and smart. Thank goodness a friend referred me. What an amazing doctor that responds so quickly, actually spends time listening to my concerns and helped me. I also saw his NP and Dr Terry followed up after. Again, what doctor does that? Answer: MINE!

My past few doctors left Mercy so I was referred to Dr. Terry by my neighbor. Glad I went, my visit with Dr. Terry was exceptional and comprehensive! Looking forward to having him as my doctor for a long time. I hope Mercy keeps him!
