A family member had an accident while on an emergency trip to Miami and was taken to Mercy. While there the staff focused only on one major injury, a broken bone, to such an extent that it looks now as though two others were completely ignored. This might have been understood if the injury had been handled effectively, but it wasnt.The orthopedic surgeon put on a weird construct that was a mix of brace and cast, and it began to fall off almost at once. ER Service is one if the fastest in Miami. Very thorough and you usually dont wait more then an hour before someone sees you. Great service!
It is a wonderful hospital.
I dont this is a quality hospital. It is very old and has not been updated. I also dont like the smell. When I think of a hospital it should be nice looking and impecable. The service also leaves you dissappointed.
