RecommendedSmall Hospital but staff is always around. Very polite and ready to help you. I hope one day and on a weekend I'll be able to see the main lobby alive and construction for a Children's Hospital.

My experience at Mercy on 6/13/17 was excellent. I went in for back surgery and was treated with respect and kindness by all. I was a nervous wreck for obvious reasons and everyone helped to calm me and make me feel more relaxed. I wish all hospitals had such wonderful staff.
The staff were very patient, except for the AFIB , she didn't seem sick, she would get up and take the monitor leads off when she wanted to use the bathroom.�She is quiet, but the numbers from the AFIB are high! She has someone with her at all times! She is an Amazing Lady, My Mom!!
Thank you for the great care to allow me a speedy recovery, 5th floor nurses Lisa and Carol are wonderful thanks again!
