Horrible place . Would not bring my dog there if I had one .
neglectful staff. tye 5th floor day shift yesterday accused us of being drug addicts and one of the nurses called my girlfriend fat. they ignore the call button for an hour or more. securoty had to call 5 times last night to get me cleared to come back up. and at about 5 tgis morning i went to the bathroom and because of my.appearance was yet again accused of using drugs in the hospital. the bedside manner is terrible and these neglectful people should not be working in the medical field.
RecommendedHighly recommend Mercy Medical Center. The level of care my mother received most recently was outstanding. I did not have one Doctor, RN, PCT or others who did not show care, compassion or just sheer kindness to my wonderful mother. For this, I am truly thankful. I would not come back staff was rude had to go home in the same condition I went with the guard would not let me go through the building to the front I had to walk around the whole freaking complex.. thanks Mercy now I am in more pain

The Sister Caritas Cancer Center is fantastic. Caring people. They don't treat you like a number. They treat you like the human you are.
