Went to Mercy hospital for infected tooth infection... I was told to call Corey at Mercy dental I would be considered emergency tooth extension.. when I called the receptionist was very rude saying that we are not accepting new patients. I told her that the doctor said that I could be considered an emergency she proceeded to hang the phone up on me. Very unprofessional.
Angela Kruk took care of my son today. Amazing is an understatement. She explained everything to me and to my son. I've always had excellent care here. I can see why she is a pediatric dentist. Angela was so good with my son! Thank you!
Today has been crazy I had a panic attack so we didn't pull my tooth I understood that .The dentist himself and the lady one said to me all you have to do is come in will squeeze you in I'm in killer pain crying over this back tooth and now the lady who answer told me no and no next week . I really did like this place Cory was amazing the 1st time there now I did what I was told they said nope nothing . Not there to help .
