My wife just had a hip replacement last week. Mercy greatly exceeded our expectations! We have been to many hospitals over the years including many in Baltimore. The Mercy experience has been the best. All (and I mean all) of the staff were friendly and accommodating, most very much so. The surgeon even stopped by for a second time in the morning and gave all his patients roses!! The hospital is clean and spacious. Valet parking was affordable and very useful. I've been a patient here since 2020...I ALWAYS encounter kindness and helpfulness during each visit
I had a family member that was admitted a couple weeks ago and we had a PCT kattia her customer service was top-tier. She was very attentive .Kattia took very good care of My loved one. Kattia also kept me updated on what was going as far as my loved ones care. This was the best experience I had at Mercy l Hospital. I Pray and hope Ms. Christian-Jules receives great feedback or some kind of incentive. Her customer service is amazing she treats all her patient’s as if they were her loves one.
