I had 2 fairly large kidney stones. I was in the ER twice in a few weeks and just had lithotripsy today. I won't go to any other hospital. Everyone I came into contact with in the ER and all through surgery was awesome. So friendly and caring. I live less than 2 minutes from another hospital won't mention the name but I live in massillon soooooo....lol. I recommend Mercy to everyone that needs any type of medical treatment.
They took wonderful care of my husband when he was there two weeks ago for a week. He was in for dka and a heart attack.
Kept me alive during my bypass back in 09 they were all great best medical team I've ever seen. Thank you

Never get the truth
Four days in the hospital is not an easy ordeal. Thanks to the lovely nurses, housekeeping team, room service, and anesthesia workers at mercy medical center my experience giving birth to my beautiful baby boy was made absolutely wonderful. The maternity nurses are some of the nicest and most comforting people I've ever met. I couldn't be more thankful for everything they've done for me. I 100% recommend and support mercy medical center of canton Ohio for giving birth. A big thanks to each and every one of you.
I just sat in the waiting room for four hours. When I went it they said three people in front of me. I just left because they said there were 11. I'm high risk pregnancy and having complications. There was no reason it should have taken more than four hours. Not to mention the fact that suddenly 8 people jumped ahead of me. Absolutely ridiculous.
Great hospital that were got my tack leg off,
In an ER, triage is necessary and expected, but near-neglect is not. Asking a distressed patient to sit for hours upon hours (not sure how long I would have waited-I walked out after three hours) to receive care is unconscionable. I'll be changing my insurance back to Aultcare.
