This place is a joke, my father is admitted and never saw a doctor the first day he was there. The doctor called me today per my dad's request and she was annoyed with my questions and stated she has 22 other patients and didn't have time to argue with me. She states she saw him which was not true. She was rude and hung up on me. Never again will I send anyone to this hospital. Called to complain and no one ever called back.
I had carpal tunnel surgery at Mercy on moday, the staff was excellent from check in to the operating room. Great job!
On Oct 13 I went to the e r at 11:30 am with sever pains in my left shoulder and left sternum they took my blood pressure did blood work and an e.k.g. then told me to wait out in the e.r. at that time there was only 6 people waiting didn't hear another word so at 4:00 p.m. when the e.r. was full I went to the window to see what was going on they told me there was still 4 o5 people ahead of me I took my arm band off gave it to the nurse and went to Altman several other people did the same you need to get your house in order i... read more
Thank you for taking care of my father and my mother. You gave him a little bit more time here in this earth and Weeden he was her my mother stayed comfortably. Also thank you mercy hospice. I'll give birth here in November The cafeteria though. Some people can't afford subway and McDonald's isn't there so theres no 24 7 meal options. Maybe the cafeteria can be improved? Hot meals 24 7?
I work there and it's a good place to work
I will not use Mercy for stat care or the hospital itself again. I went to a local stat care, the doctor would not help me, and sent me to the Mercy ER because the issue was to serious. When I arrived at the hospital ER i was given Meds and told to take the rest of the week off work to heal. I was given a work excuse slip. Missing 4 days or work, I needed to use FMLA. However no one at Mercy will help with the paperwork, nor will they be of any help what so ever. I keep being told that my primary care doctor would fill out t... read more
My daughter just had surgery at Mercy; We can't thank everyone there enough! She received the best of care from admission to discharge!! Thank you all so much! The pre-surgical, surgical, recovery and 2M staff are awesome!
The employees here treat one with respect, always! I had an amazing experience in 2008 when I was there for AVR surgery.
