My experience with them was little over two years ago. They came to our apartment to evaluate Mom. She had dementia. The lady who assessed my mom was horrible. My mom had been looking forward to their visit & hoping to get in there because I was her only caregiver and I had to work so she was left alone way too much, even tho I worked part-time. This program is designed to assist elderly individuals (and their families) who are facing challenges in maintaining their independence. They provide a wide range of services, including transportation, healthcare services, and various other benefits. The facilities are immaculate, and the staff is highly trained, friendly, and professional. My experience with Mercy Life so far has been nothing short of exceptional. I feel completely at ease leaving my loved one in their capable hands.
Very nice, good place for senior's who need assistance or have a place for daily activities or even lunch. I Highly recommend
My experience as a driver was a hot mess but I definitely had a soft spot for some of the elderly participants that I got to meet. Didnt care for the workplace/coworkers. It's a really messy hood adult daycare. Nothing is confidential. Management seems to be under the influence or something and the people they have supervising and dispatching the drivers are really hard to get along with. I wouldn't recommend anyone to work there and it definitely would be last choice if I had to leave my loved one there.
