Very nice staff, prompt and attentive
The only reason Mercy got a 4 from me instead of a perfect 5. Is due to one doctor in particular. Mercy is great to me 50+ years. A certain Dr Arthur made it easy to go elsewhere. He should’ve been a veterinarian. The other 99.9% of Mercy is fantastic! I still use them. That doctor NEVER again.
I've been goin to Mercy for over 8 years since I retired from Florida and decided to move to Ada,ok. The best medical team I have met work here in Mercy but definitely since Mercy kitchen staff has left Mercy is Not the same. Those people are unethical make mercy look bad, i was in the elevator and she was very rude and almost pushed me to the side on my walker, I couldn't get her name but I was told she was the culinary Director, I had someone call from The hospital about a complaint I made about her but they hung up on me.
