I couldn’t get in with my regular dr, so I went to Mercy Urgent Care in Lebanon and met with Dr Patricia Landon. I had a lot going on and she took her time with addressing each concern, the solutions and not rushing me. The added plus was her fantastic sense of humor which made me start feeling better right away.
Our provider Iman and our medical assistant Amon was beyond incredible. I came in with tears and full of anxiety and they both met me with nothing but patience, empathy, and kindness.
Drove almost 2 hrs to this location to do my Be Well physical since I am an employee with mercy health. Not only did they neglect to tell me about a $50 co-pay over the phone but after I paid and went through getting my weight and height taken I was left in a room for about 10 minutes only to be informed the physician was leave for the day (at noon) And that they would not be able to complete my paperwork. I do not recommend coming here.
