The girls are nice
I’ve come here for PT for my shoulder, neck area. OT for carpal tunnel pain, hand and wrist weakness. Now back again for PT for a total knee replacement. Not only is everyone super nice and helpful they really are good at showing or explaining ways to do my exercises at home. Nothing but good vibes here :)
I've suffered multiple injuries from a accident in which physical therapy is detrimental to my mobility and healing. McKenna has been absolutely incredible with providing excellent care with therapy. She's clear, concise, caring, knowledgeable and knows physical therapy. She helps me take care of my injuries and she explains and demonstrates how to continue the therapies at home. do not go to this office. I wanted to give 0 stars to this place but I can't. The coders at this office does not know how to code office visits. They admitted to me that they coded a visit wrong but it is unethical to change it. All they had to do was change the coding to match the previous visits in 2020 and they refuse. to change. I refuse to pay the bill because until it is coded right the medical insurance won't pay it. Had to get a attorney involoved and I will have to get the attorney again when it goes to collections.
