My first appt. with Dr Thompson she wasn’t even there, she was at a convention and no one called me to cancel. So l scheduled for several months later. I don’t feel she took good care of me. She was somewhat uninterested. Dr Thompson was rather rude & disrespectful. She didn’t crack a smile. She dropped my interstim on the floor, it’s hundreds of dollars. She almost dropped my phone on the floor. She could have cared less. She had no manners.
Michelle firlit was terrible. She was unhelpful, rude and not knowledgeable. When asked questions she did not know the answer to she became angry and argumentative. She rolled her eyes when the nurse walked out. Management (Kelli) wasn't so great either not able to provide information requested.
I was talked down to by the doctor during an e-visit to see if she would be a good match. She discredited my current doctor who is retiring, who has actually been able to help me.
