I was talked down to by the doctor during an e-visit to see if she would be a good match. She discredited my current doctor who is retiring, who has actually been able to help me.
I was referred to the bladder clinic by my PCP. The first visit I was very happy with how thorough they were with the assessment and looked forward to following their plan of treatment. The lady at the reception window is extremely nice and welcoming. The Nurse Practitioner, Ruby Shang, was also extremely nice and professional.
